Strategies for Integrating ldeological and Political Elements into Physical Education Teaching in Colleges and Universities

LIU Linping ShanxiPoliceCollege，Taiyuan，ShanxiProvince，O3O4O1 China [Abstract] With the continuous development of educational concepts in collges and universities in the new era， ideologicaland political education has graduallshifted from single theoretical indoctrination to the directionof multi-faceted integrationandcolaborative education.Collge physical education teaching，as an important component of students'comprehensive developmentand quality-oriented education，hasanincreasinglyprominent in its educational function. Integrating ideological and political elements organically into physical education teaching cannotonlyenrich theclasroomcontent，but also enhancestudents'ideological and political quality，strengthen their sense ofsocial responsibility，and enhance their collectivist consciousness，therebyhelping students establish correct values.This article starts from theconceptof"integrating ideologicaland political elements into physical education teaching incoleges anduniversities"，deeply analyzes its significance，and proposes several feasible strategies basedon practice： such as exploring ideologicaland political materials in sports projects （such as the spirit of the women's volleyballteam and the Olympic spirit），optimizing teaching design to achieve the combination of explicitandimplicit，strengthening thetrainingofteachers'abilitytocultivatestudents，andconstructingadiversified course evaluationsystem，etc.Through the deep integration of sportsand ideological and political education is conducive to buildingaphysical educationmodel with Chinese characteristics incollegesand universities，achieving the dual goals of knowledge imparting and value guidance，and providing a practical path for the implementation of the fundamental task of fostering morality and talent.
