[Abstract]To enhance the govermancecapacityof profesional basketball leagues，based on new quality productivity， through methods such asliterature researchandlogical analysis methods wereused to study and find thatthe new quality productivitydrives theimprovement of the governance capacityof professonal basketballeagues，which conforms to the internal logic of innovation-driven and govermance system reconstruction coordinated evolution，the two-way interactionof technological empowermentandoperational model inovation，thedynamiccoupling of institutional innovation and resource alocation optimization，and the value unity of sustainable development and governance efciency leap.At the same time，it also faces difculties such as the resource-dependent income model restricting development vitality，the high-cost and low-eficiencyplayer management mechanism，thegap in youth training and theshortageofreservetalents，andtheinsuficient technological empowermentrestrictingtherefinementofgovernance. Specific strategies have been proposed to reconstruct the business ecosystem with computing power infrastructure， optimize management driven by data elements，reshape the youth training system with inteligent technologies，and empower collaborative governance with digital platforms.
