Theoretical Applicability Study of CrossFit Training Mode in Physical Training of Police Schools

[Abstract] Withtheincreasingdemand forpracticalpolicing，thetraditionalphysicaltrainingmodelhas graduallshown its limitations in thecomprehensiveability developmentof police academy students.This study takes theCrossFit training systemasthestarting pointtoexplore itstheoretical adaptabilityand practical vaue inthephysicaltrainingof police academies.Through literatureanalysis，andtheoreticaldeduction，itisfoundthatthecoretrainingprinciplesand scientific support system emphasized by Crossitare highlyconsistent withthestrength，endurance，agilityand fatigue resistance required for policecombat.Itcan met the functional and practical requirements of physical training in police academies，enhance the basic physical reserves of police oficers，strengthen tactical specialized physical fitness，and improve the level of teamwork and improve the efectivenessof psychological stressresistance training. At the same time，interms ofstrategic optimization，this paper proposes that when applying CrossFit training mode in the physical training of policeacademies，it is necessry to strengthen the standardization of movements and prevent injuries，pay atention to the integration of traditional training modes，carryoutload monitoringand personalized adaptation，and strengthen the protection of the training safetyof policeoficers.Theresearch results provide theoretical support and practical paths for integrating the CrossFit training mode into the physical trainingsystemof police academies，and have important reference value for improving the scientific level of physical training for the police profession.
