Research on the Impact of Table Tennis Auxiliary Training Equipment on the Effect of College Table Tennis Teaching

[Abstract] Withthe deepening of collge physical education reform，the application value oftable tennis auxiliary training equipment in teaching has become increasingly prominent.This paper selected 6O college students as research subjects，divided them into experimental and control groups，and implemented a 12- week controlled experiment.The experimental group used tension rope and wallballtrainers forauxiliary teaching，while the control groupused traditional teaching methods.The experimental results showed that the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in terms of forehand attck technicalskillevaluation scores，number of times it reached the standard，and overall learning interest levels （P<0.05） . Table tennis auxiliary training equipment effctivelystandardizedstudents'technicalmovements，improvedhitingqualityandstability，andstimulatedstudents' learning enthusiasm.Therefore，it is recommended to incorporate table tennis auxiliary training equipment into theregular teaching system，construct diversified teaching models，and optimize the efectiveness of table tennis teaching in colleges and universities.
