Research on the Promotion Path of Digital Technology Empowering High Quality Development of Physical Education Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

Xinyang Vocational and Technical College，Xinyang，Henan Province，464ooo China [Abstract] Thisarticleuses methods such asliterature reviewandfieldresearch methods to explore the relevant issues of digital technology empowering the high-quality development of physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges.It examines the existing problems and proposes pathways to promote them.The research suggests that digital technology plays an important role in improving the governance eficiencyof physical education teaching， improving the quality of physical education teaching in vocational collges，and promoting the improvement of teachers' teaching abilities.However，there are currently problems such as low digital teaching literacy among physical education teachers，dependenceon digitaltechnologyapplications，insufficient investment indigital physical education teaching resources，and the need to improve the depth applicationofdigital technology.Therefore，it is necessary to clarifythe important empowering the value of digital technology and enhancing teachers' digital literacy;strengthening teachers'autonomyand initiative in teaching and viewing the valueof digital technology dialectically;increasing investment in digital teaching resourcesand implementing multi-measure coordination; and deepening the application of digital technology in both depth and breadth to achievea deeper integration of digital technology and physical education teaching.
