Practical Study on the Integration of "Teaching，Training Competition and Evaluation" in College Physical Education Courses Under the Background of Chinese-Style Modernization

[Abstract] Under the backgroundof Chinese一style modernization development，the reform of collge physical education course hasreceived increasingatention.Based onthe integrated conceptof "teaching，training，competition and evaluation"，thisstudyusesliteraturereviewmethod，surveymethod，etc.tosstematicallysortoutthetheoretical basis and policy orientation of college physical education teaching reform. It explores the construction of an empowerment mechanismcentered on institutions，talents，technologyand practice，and proposes strategies such as buildingan integrated public service system for colege physical education courses，strengthening thescientific nature of policy design，promoting the combinationof theoretical innovation and practice，and improving the diversified evaluation system.The study believes that the integrated reform model of "teaching，training，competition and evaluation"can break the isolation of teaching，improve teachingqualityand student participation，and isa key path to promote the high-quality development of college sports.
