體教融合視域下高校公共體育課程體系優(yōu)化研究

Research on the Optimization of Public Physical Education Curriculum System in Universities from the Perspective of Sports and Education Integration

Shanxi Institute of Science and Technology， Jincheng， Shanxi Province， O48ooo China [Abstract] Underthe background of the deepening of the integration strategy of sports and education， the public physical educationcuriculum system inuniversities needs tobeoptimized and reconstructed from thestructural level. Based on the policyorientation，this paper systematicallyanalyzes the structural obstacles in the current curriculum content configuration，teaching organization methods and evaluation mechanism，and points out thatthe existing system is diffcult tosupportthefullrealizationof theeducational function.Onthis basis，thefollowing practicalpathsare proposed： Basedon theoretical integrationand technical support，it scientifically constructs a curriculum system; It realizes the adaptation of students’development through diversified content seting and personalized guidance; It improves the evaluation mechanism with processmanagement and behavior incentives.It further combines the reform of teaching mode，the empowerment ofscientificand technological means，the integrationof health promotion，the mechanism of resource co-construction and the interdisciplinary improvement of teachers to buildaco construction and sharing mechanism for physical education curriculum resources.The research suggests that public physical education curiculum should undergo the transformation from skilltraining to a focus on health literacyand all-round development，and providetheoretical supportand practical framework for the high qualityand sustainable developmentof physical education in universities.
