Research on the Optimization and Integration Strategy of Physical Training and Technical Training in Badminton Sports

Communication University of Shanxi， Jinzhong， Shanxi Province， O3O619 China [Abstract] Badminton，asahigh-intensityand quick-reactionsport，requires athletes to have asolid physical foundation inthe processof technical execution.Research has pointed out that the separation of physical training from technical trainingcanleadtoineficienttrainingandaffcttheperformanceofathletesinrealcombat.Therefore，theintegration of training strategies is particularlynecessary.This paper proposes aphysicaland technical integration trainingdesign based on the structure ofspecialized movements，establishes aprogresive integration training model oriented to actual combat intensity，and proposes an injury prevention-oriented functional strength embedding program. In terms of training loadregulation，theintegration training loadstrategywithperiodicfluctuation isadopted，andatthesametime， a data-drivenreal-time feedback training system is utilized.Finaly，a multidimensional perceptual integration training model was constructed.
