Propaganda Department of the Party Committee, Xiangtan University, Xiangtan, Hunan 41110: AbstractThe unique spirit ofChinese educators is a highlycondensed version of China's traditional teacher culture, and is the wisdom crystallzation of countless educators' educational practices.It provides direction and fundamental guidancefortheprofessonalconstructionofuniversityfundingteams,helpstostrengthentheprofessionalguidance offunding teams,fulfillthemissionandresponsibilityoffunding work,andenhance the effectivenessoffunding work in educating people. However, isses such as insufficient integration of educators'spirit,imbalanced teamstructure, andlack ofinstitutional guarantees haveconstrainedthe professionalizationanddevelopmentofthefunding workforce. Universitiesshould takethe cultivationof ideasas their"soul"and make every effrtto build the "spirit"ofthe funding team;Taking team optimizationas the‘priority', we willfocus onshaping the'professional standards'of the funding team; Based onthe improvement ofthe system, we are commited to enhancing the "power source" ofthe funding team and effectively promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of student aid work in universities.
