摘 要：食品作為人類生存和發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，在人們的生產(chǎn)生活中占據(jù)著重要地位。隨著人們生活水平的不斷提升，越來越多的人開始注重食品安全問題，相關(guān)部門逐漸開始加強(qiáng)對于食品安全的管控力度。本文通過分析食品檢驗過程中影響質(zhì)量控制的因素，探索切實解決食品安全問題的策略與建議。
