糧油理化檢測中質(zhì)量控制策略探討

摘 要：糧油檢測是確保糧油安全的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，其質(zhì)量控制直接影響檢驗結(jié)果的真實性、準(zhǔn)確性和權(quán)威性。本文深入探討糧油理化檢驗檢測中的質(zhì)量控制策略，包括加強樣品管理、完善儀器設(shè)備管理制度、健全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)管理程序、嚴(yán)選檢測方法以及加強數(shù)據(jù)管理等，以提升檢驗檢測能力，保障糧油安全。

Discussion on Quality Control Strategy in Physicochemical Testing of Grain and Oil

Abstract： Grain and oil testing is the key link to ensure the safety of grain and oil， and its quality control directly affects the authenticity， accuracy and authority of the test results. In this paper， the quality control strategy of physical and chemical inspection and testing of grain and oil is deeply discussed， including strengthening sample management， improving the management system of instruments and equipment， improving the management procedures of standard substances， strictly selecting testing methods and strengthening data management， so as to improve the inspection and testing ability and ensure the safety of grain and oil.
