合肥市市售嬰幼兒食品中克羅諾桿菌的分離鑒定及耐受性、藥敏性分析
Isolation, Identification, Tolerance, and Drug Sensitivity Analysis of Cronobacter fromInfant and Toddler Food SoldinHefei

Abstract: This study focuses on 126 commerciallyavailable infant and toddler food samples collected in Hefei, Anhui province from 2021 to 2024. Biochemical and molecular biology methods wereused to isolate and dentify Cronobacter,and tolerance and drug sensitivity analysis were conducted on the isolated Cronobacter strains.The results showed that Cronobacter was detected in 12 samples, the detection rate was 9.5% ,of which the detection rates of infant rice noodles,infant snacksand infant milk powder were 13.8% 9.2% and 4.8% respectively;the increase in temperature has a stepwise inhibitory efect on the survival of Cronobacter.When the temperature rises to 70% , the survival rate of all isolated strains is less than 0.03% ; the sensitivity rate of 12 isolated strains to four antibiotics, namely ceftazidime, cefotaxime,cefoxitin, and gentamicin, was 100% ,while the resistance rate to two antibiotics, clindamycin and vancomycin, was 100% .Multiple drug resistance hasnot yet been observed in the isolated strains. This study aims to provide scientific basis and improvement suggestions for the safety monitoring of infant and toddler food sold in various markets in Hefei city.
