AbstractTheconstructionof the professionalcompetence modelfor "dual-qualified" teachers in higher vocational education is an important exploration to meet the needs of industrial structure upgrading and the high-quality developmentof vocationaleducation.With professional quality,educationalquality,and practical abilityas thecore dimensions,and combined with the requirements ofthe integration of industry and educationand career development, this model systematically refines the key elements of teachers'competence.Professional quality emphasizes solid theoreticalknowledge,theabilitytotrack thelatesttrends,and theabilitytodemonstrate practicalskills.Educational quality focuses on the innovation of teaching methods,classroom management,and the application of modern educational technology.Practical ability focuses on industry experience accumulation, school-enterprise cooperation,and theguidance of students'practice.Through paths such asthe coordinated improvementof dualelement abilities,the hierarchicaland classified training system,and the two-way flow system between schools and enterprises,the model promotes the personal developmentof teachers and the optimization ofschool management, and strengthens policy support by relying on a multi-evaluation incentive mechanism.
