The Value Implication and Practical Path of Integrating the Spirit of Scientists into Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities

(Chongqing Technology and Business Institute, Chongqing Open University, Chongqing 400052) AbstractThe spirit ofscientists is a valuable spiritual aset,which has inherent compatibility with ideological and political courses interms ofvalueorientation,teaching content,educationalobjectives,andotheraspects.Integrating the spirit of scientists organically into ideological andpoliticalclassooms inuniversities isconducive to implementing the fundamental task ofcultivating morality and talents,cultivating high-quality innovative talents,and enhancing the effectivenessof ideological and political teaching.To achieve the organic integrationof the spiritof scientists and ideological and politicalcourses in universities,universities must adhere to teachertrainingas the starting point to forge theteamofideologicalandpoliticalcourse teachers,focus onmethodinnovationto promote thereformofideologicaland politicalcourse teaching,relyonpracticalteachingtopromote theconstructionof"bigideologicalandpoliticalcourses", and use online platforms as carrers tocarryout online course special teaching,ensuring thatthe spirit ofscientists is internalized and externalized among colege students. The article explores the value and practice of integrating the spirit of scientists into ideologicaland political courses inuniversities,withthe aimof promoting the spirit of scientists and improving the quality of ideological and political education.
