Po Observe the Clinical Effect of Conventional Acupuncture Combined with Zhuang Medicine Longji Moxibustion in the Treatment of 3O Cases of Low Back Pain of Kidney Yang Deficiency

Abstract：ObjectiveToobservetheclinicaleffectofconventionalacupuncturecombinedwithZhuang medicineLongi moxibustioninthetreatmentoflowbackpainofkidneyYangdeficiency.Methods 6Opatientswithlowbackpainof kidneyYangdeficiency wererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupandoservationgroup.Tecontrolgroupwastreatedwithconventionalacupuncture，andthe observationgroupwas treatedwithconventionalacupuncturecombinedwith Zhuang medicineLongji moxibustion.Beforeandafter treatment，thelumbarJOAscore，TCMkidneyYangdeficiencysymptomscorescaleandclinicaleffcacywereobservedinthetwo groups.Results Aftertreatment，thelumbarJOAscoresof thetwo groupswereincreased，andtheTCMkidneyYangdeficiencysyptomscoresweredecreased，andthediferencesbeforeandaftertreatmentinthetwogroups were statisticallsignificant（ P<0.05 ）. The effective rate of the control group was 83.3% ，and the effective rate of the observation group was 93.3% .The effective rate of the observatingroupwassignificantly higher thanthatofthecontrolgroup.ConclusionConventionalacupuncturecombinedwith Zhuang medicineLongjimoxibustionisectiveitetreatmentofowbackpinofkidneyYangdeficiency，hichisorthyofcalpro tion.
