Discussion on the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Jieyu xiexin Decoction Based on the Theory of“Yang TransformingQiand Yin Shaping Form”

Abstract：Functional dyspepsiaisanon-organicdisease that perplexes mostpeople，andtheincidencerateisincreasing year byyear.Thereisnosafeandefectivesolutioninwestemmedicine，however，TCMtreatmentofFDhasunique advantages.Thisar ticlediscusestetreatmentoffunctioaldyspepsiabyJieyuXiexinDecotionanditsompatibilityharacteristicsbasedontheeoy of“YangTransformingQiandYinShapingForm”．Inadequate“YangtransformQi”willresultinthedisorderofQi，whichaffects thetransportationandtransformationof spleenandstomachandthetransportationofsubtleandmicrodiseases.Inaditioexcs sive“YinshapsForm”willresultintheaccumulationofvisiblepathogenicfactors，whichwillfurtherincreasethelossofYang.The decoctionofrelievingdepressionandpurging heart sothesthe liver，regulatesQiandeliminatesphlegm，harmonizes thestomach， removesthe palpablepathogenic factors，helpsYangQi transformandregenerates thesplenandstomach.Thecombinationof“Yang TransformingQiandYinShapingForm”andJieyuXiexinDecoctionhasbenprovedtobesatisfactoryintreatingfunctionaldyspepsia.
