Abstract：ObjectiveToestablishthecharacteristicfingerprintofalkaloidextractofCyclea hypoglauca，anddevelopHPLC method for determination of ⊥- curarine content. Method The chromatography was performed on Agilent ZORBAX XDB -C （4.6 18 mm×75mm 3.5μm） column，Acetonitrile（A） -0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.2% triethylamine （ pH=3 ）（B）waselutedbymobilephasegradient， λ=210 nmwasused toanalyzeand determine.ResultsHPLC fingerprint of alkaloidextractofCycleahypoglaucawasestablished，2Ocommonpeakswereidentified，and11batches werehighlysiilar.L curarine showed a good linear relationship in a certain concentration range，with R=0 .9998.The precision，repeatability，stability and RSD of sample addition recovery tests were all less than 3.0% ，and the average recovery rate of sample addition recovery was 98.11% .Conclusion Themethod hashigh precision，goodrepeatabilityand stability，and theresultsareacurateand reliable， which is suitable for the quality control and evaluation of alkaloid extract of Cyclea hypoglauca .
