體育與健康課程賦能初中學(xué)生心理健康教育的策略研究

[Abstract]The juniorhighschool stage isacrucial period forstudents'physicaland mental development.Some junior highschool students have mental problems to varying degrees.Physical educationand health courses notonly enhance physicalfitness but also contain rich resources for mental health education.This research analyzes the currnt situation of mental health education for junior high school students,including their unique mental characteristics and the predicaments facedby educationat the levels of students,teachers and families.An in-depthexplorationof the mechanismof theroleof physical educationand health courses onmental health education for junior high school students,such as exercise can promote the secretion of substances such as endorphins,dopamine,etc.by the body to regulate emotions; It enhances self-confidence andasense ofachievement,andenables students toovercomediffculties and achieves self-breakthrough in sports.Long-distance running and other sports cultivates students'qualities such as perseverance and determination. Team sports promotes interpersonal communication and cooperative communication.Based on this,strategies for empowering mental health education for junior high school students through physical educationand health courses are constructed,covering the optimization of course content,the integration of psychological education elements,attention toindividualdiferences ofstudents,combinationwith practicalife,and diversifiedcontent.Itinnovates inteaching methods,adoptingexperiential,situational,cooperativeandgamified teaching methods andapplying modern educational technologies; It enhances teachers'capabilities,strengthens profesional training,carriesout teaching research,and improves mentalhealth literacy;Teaching evaluationreforms, and it establishesa diversified evaluationsystem,emphasizes processevaluation,conducts self-evaluation and mutual evaluation,and strengthens the appicationofresult feedback,aims to provide effctive paths forpromoting the mental health development of junior high school students and facilitating their all-round growth.
