[Abstract] Under thebackgroundof the "double reduction" policyand the national fitnesstrategy，non-disciplinary extracurricular basketballtraining has developedrapidly.However，the traditional training modehas limitations.This paper focuseson the dynamic training technology mode ofnon-disciplinary extracurricular training basketbaland analyzes itsconstituent elements，including thedynamicadaptation system that fts thecharacteristicsofstudents，multi dimensional currculum architecture design，collaboration mechanism between human resources and traditional tools and multi-dimensional feedback optimization method.Its innovative of this model lies inseting dynamic training objectives basedonthelawsof students‘physicaland mental healthdevelopment，tocombine basketballcharacteristics with students‘cognitive innovation training content，to innovatetraining methods with dynamic interactionas thecore， and to focus on individual development innovation evaluation mechanism.The application proces ofthis mode includes the preliminary evaluation of students‘ technology and physical fitness，the design of diversified dynamic training projects，the dynamic adjustment of diffcultyrhythm in training，andthe test results through small competitions and skills display，which provides theoreticaland practical reference for the developmentof non-disciplinary extracurricular basketball training.
