新時(shí)代職業(yè)教育改革背景下高職運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的優(yōu)化路徑研究

[Abstract] As China's vocational education reform enters a high-quality development stage, the optimization and innovation of teaching standardsforsports training majors in higher vocational coleges,asacrucial branchofthe sports vocational education system,have become key to enhancing thequalityof skilled talent cultivation.Based onthe backgroundof the new era vocational educationreform,this paper explores thereconstruction pathofteaching standards forhigher vocational sports training majors.Research has found that the current vocational sports training majorhas the following problems:the curriculum content is disconnected from idustrydemand; Traditional teaching standards have not fully integrated with the new businessmodels ofthe sports industry; systematic design in vocational ability training islack; There isagap between the practicalabilityofthe teaching staffandthecuting-edge technology in the industry.In response to the above isses,this article proposes the following optimization pathways including reconstructing teaching standards for sports training majors driven by industry-education integration; establishing afivedimensional colaborative governance model based on new industrial formats; building a curriculum system guided by profesional competenceand integrating it with profesional ethics; and promoting construction ofa dual qualified teaching staff through thedual empowermentofscholsandenterprises.These pathsaimtoprovide theoreticalupport for optimizing teaching standards of higher vocational sports training majors under the new era vocational education reform.
