[Abstract] Compound training conforms to the diversified development needs of modern youth basketballplayers， emphasizing the organic integrationof multiple training methods，which is of great significance for improving the comprehensive quality and competitive ability of athletes.This paper focuses on the composite training of youth basketballandproposesthefollowingmeasures：Itintegratesstrengthandskillexercises tosolidifythebasicbasketball skils;Itcombinesaerobicandanaerobictraining toenhancethephysicalfitnessreserveofadolescents; Interspersespeed and explosive power training canimprove theapplicationofbasketball skils; Combined with simulated practical training， it enhances the psychological resilience of teenagers.Scientific implementation ofcompound training can helpsolidify the basic foundation of young basketballplayers，comprehensively enhance their physical reserves，technical application abilities，and psychological qualities.
