ICP-MS法測(cè)定10種藥食同源物質(zhì)中重金屬及有害元素殘留量
Determination of Heavy Metals and Harmful Element Residues in Ten Food and Medicine Homologous Substances byICP-MS Method

Abstract: Objective: To study the quality and safety of medicinal and edible homologous substances,a method for the determination of seven kinds of heavy metals and harmful element residues by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.Method: Ten common medicinal and edible homologous substances were selected as the research objects, 10mL of nitric acid was added for microwave digestion,and seven harmful elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Result: The linearity of the seven elements was good, the correlation coefficient (R2) was greater than O.999, the average recovery rate was 83.41% to 105.80% the detection limit and quantification limit were 0.11μg?kg-1 to 0.21μg?kg-1 and to 0.75μg?kg-1; ,respectively, and the relative standard deviation was 1.45% to 6.58% .The results of actual sample measurement showed that Pb was detected in 3batches and As was detected in2 batches.Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable,meets the requirements of relevant standards,and can provide a scientific basis for the accurate determination of heavy metals and harmful elements in medicinal and edible homologous.
