車門密封條風(fēng)噪問題分析及設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化

摘 要：文章根據(jù)某車型沖壓窗框結(jié)構(gòu)在高速行駛過程中的風(fēng)噪分析，從車門密封條、車門鈑金、側(cè)圍匹配狀態(tài)及密封條結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行對比分析，查出風(fēng)噪原因以及制定改進(jìn)方案，解決車門密封條帶來的風(fēng)噪問題，從而得出后續(xù)新車型類似匹配結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方向。

Abstract：According to the wind noise analysis in the process high speed running of certain models rolling window frame structures， from the door sealing strip and sheet metal and the side surround match state， the article compares the sealing structure， finds out the wind noise and reason and establishes improvement scheme， solves the wind of the problems of car door sealing strip， and concludes that the subsequent new models similar to match the structure optimization design.
