體教融合背景下體校綜合改革的現(xiàn)實(shí)困囿與紓困之道

Realistic Constraints and Solutions to the Comprehensive Reform of Sports School Under the Background of the Integration of Sportsand Education

1.Xinyang Vocational College of Art;2.Xinyang Normal University,Xinyang, Henan Province, 4640oo China [Abstract] Based on the concept of deepening the integration of sports and educationand combining the current relevant policy documents,this paper uses the methods of literature review, expert interview and case analysis to explore the realisticconstraints and solutions to overcome them in the comprehensive reform of sports schools in China.It is found that the current realistic constraints ofthe comprehensive reformand development of sports schools in China is trapped in the followingfour aspects:The constructionoffacilities and equipmentand management system is relatively backward;The construction of teachers and the guarantee of basic benefits are insuficient; Unreasonable allocationof athletes'trainingand studytime;The scientific literacyandscientific traininglevelof thecoachesarenot high.Based on theabove diffculties,the paper puts forward the wayto deepen the comprehensive reform of sports schools under the backgroundof the integration of sports and education,which mainly includes the following four aspects:The coordination and linkage of departments buildS the ideological integration system of diversified governance;It strengthens the teaching staffand builds a multidimensionaland comprehensive teacher guaranteesystem;Itachieves thebalanceof learning and training,andbuilds a talent training system that combines learning and training simultaneously; Science and technology lead training,and build a "trinity" scientific training system.
