Research on the Design and Implementation of the Teaching Reform of Public Physical Education Courses in Colleges andUniversities Underthe OBEOrientation

Shandong University of Science and Technology， Qingdao， Shandong Province，266ooo China [Abstract] With the advancement of educational reform，the Outcome-Based Education （OBE） concept has brought new ideas for the teaching reform of public physical education courses in collges and universities. OBE is guided by students'learning outcomesand designs the courses system and teaching links in reverse.Under the OBE concept，the teaching reformof publicphysical educationcanmeetthesocial demandforthecultivationof sports talents，adapt to theindividualized developmentof students，and solve the dificulties faced bytraditional physical education teaching. Based on OBE guidance，the design of teaching reform design for public physical education courses in collges and universities follws the principleof "starting from the end".It sets macroscopic teaching objectives，uses achievement needs toreverse screen teachingcontent，andtimely introduces diversified evaluationsubjects toachieveafull-proces evaluation. On the implementation paths，it transforms teaching concepts by strengthening teacher training to continuously improve the teaching resources of public physical education courses，uses teaching management as a means to ensure the steady progressofthe physical education courses reform under the OBEorientation，and finall establishes a continuous improvement mechanism to provide real-time feedback onthe efects ofteaching reform，steadilyboost the teachingquality，and promote thedevelopmentof teaching reform in physical education incollges anduniversities.
