Abstract： According to the provisions of the current legislative and judicial interpretation，criminal cases involving financial affairs are not included in the scope of financial courts.Considering the existenceofalarge numberof overlapping financial cases and the|professionaltrial functionofthefinancial courtasa specialized courtUnder the guidance of the basic principles of“strictlyinaccordance withthe law and serving the overall situation”， To ating the scope of financial criminal cases according to the theoryof financial crimes，Adjust the choiceof collegial panel andtrial procedures，Withthe technical investigator system，the expert assistant system and other supporting construction，On the basis of the original case hearing mechanism，Complete the constructionof the“threetrials inone”trial mechanismof the financialcourts，In order to realize the financial court’s comprehensive grasp of all aspects of financial cases，Improve the professionalism and precisionof financial case trial.
