Abstract：Strategicemergingindustries havetheability topromote scientificand technologicalinnovation，industrial upgrading and sustainableeconomic development，and therefore their position in China‘s economicstructure has become moreand moreimportant.Thedevelopment and progress of these industries not onlyhavefar-reaching significancetothefuture progressofacountry，butalsotothefuturedevelopment ofaprovince.This paperwill takeJiangxi Provinceasa researchcase，andon the basis of the comprehensive casesand practices of developing and expanding strategicemerging industries in China，wewill use the theoryofoptimizationofindustrial structure，thetheoryofindustriallayoutandthetheoryofindustrial competitivenessas theanalytical framework to studythestrategyofacceleratingthe development and expansion of strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province.
