Abstract：Theproblemof S&Tresourceallocation has become oneof thekey factors restricting thedevelopmentofS&Tinnovation，anditisnecessarytothink systematicallyabouttheimpact ofS&Tresourceelements oninnovation.Based onthe perspectiveof innovation ecology，asegmented function modelisconstructed to studytherelationshipbetween project densityand innovation performanceasaffectedby different scientificand technological resourceelements andsimulations arederived through numerical assumptions.The results showithat：First，the model can better simulate the optimizationof research project densityand inno vationperformanceunder theactionofdifferent scientificandtechnological resources;Second，Withina certain rangeofresearch projectdensity innovation performance be affectedby the main scientific and technological resource elements under the effect bioconcentrati0 andthe nnovation performance valuewil bedetermined by the unctio ments den： ientificre searchprojectschanges，theinnovationperformancewil beaffectedbydifferentscientificandtechnologi cal resourceelementsand will not remain unchanged.Corresponding suggestions are made to better help policy makers implement effective S&T resource allocation strategies to improve innovation performance.
