Effect of Frozen Embryos from Different Sources on the Pregnancy Rate of Recipient Dairy Cows and Comprehensive Cost Analysis

Abstract：Inodertostudytheeectsofdiferentsourcesanddiferenttypesofembryosonthetiretransplantationateofrceptor beef embryo，andcomparethecomprehensivecostofembryotransplantation.FromApriltoJune2O24，90dairyembryosweretransplanted in Tianjin，recipient cattle with an average pregnancy rate of 65.55% . The results showed that the pregnancy rates different typesandsourcesofembryosvariedsignificantly.ThepregnancyrateofroutineembryoinvivoproducedconventionalAandBgrade embryos （66.67 % ）waslower than of imported A grade conventional embryos（76.67 % ），buthigher than thatofinvivo produced Aand Bgradesex ：- sortedembryos（53.54 % ）.Thedifferencesbetween groups were significant（ <0.05）.The comprehensive costs of different sourcesand typesofembryoswerecompared.Thelowestcomprehensivecostofconventionalinvivoembryos（73yuanperembryo）， which waslowerthan thatofinvivoproducedsex-sortedembryosandimportedconventional.Thediferencesbetweengroupswere significant （ P <0.05），Judgingfromtheaveragecostanalysisof thaveragecostofsurrogacy，theaveragecostofconventionalembryos （1 099 yuanperembryo）invivoembryowaslwerthantheself-producedembryoandimportedconventionalembryos，andthecostdifference was significant（ P
