Abstract:ToexplorethequalitydiferencesofblueberryvarietiesunderblackfilmmulchingcultivationconditionsinShanxi province,theappearanceandnutritionalqualitiesof threeblueberryvarieties(Rabbiteye,Camilland Xilai)wereevaluatedinthis study.Theaimatdtifupeisrodeeialsifoubuliiaidprooteeot ofregionalcharacteristicagiculture.eesultssowedthatthelongitudinaldiameter,fruitshapeidex,solidacidrationdoluble protein content of Rabbiteye blueberry were superior to Camille and Xilai, with increases of 7.4% -10.4% ,11.4% -17.7%, 100.5% -159.6% ,and 86.8% -183.3% ,respectively.Although the contentsof anthocyanidins,titratable acid and total soluble sugar in Camilewerethehighest,thelongitudinaldiameterandfruitshapeindexwerethelowest.TheXilaiblueberryhadthehighesttitratableacidcontentbutexhibitedthepoorestappearancequalityandotherutritionalqualies.PrincipalcomponentanalysisalsoconfirmedthatthequalityofRabbiteyeblueberrywasbeterthanthatofCamillandXilai.Therefore,Rabbiteyeblueberrydeostrates the superiorqualityamong the major cultivatedvarieties under black filmmulchingcultivationconditions in Shaanxi region.
