Differences in Rhizosphere Bacteria in Radish in Diferent Production Areas and the Efectson Radish Quality
ZHANG Mengjuan12， ZHANG Ningning12， ZHANG Qiangl， RUAN Weibin2， CHEN Qiusheng1， CHENG Yi1 （1.InstituteofAgro-productSafetyandNutritionTianjinAcadeofAgicultureSciences，ianjn30381hina；2Schlofie Sciences，Nankai University，School ofLife Sciences，Tianjin3Ooo72，China） Abstract：Inodertoaalyzetecologicalstructureofadishzospheresoilandprovideasientificadishplantingmethodigh throughputsequencingwasusedtostudytherhizospherebacteriaintwodiferentWeiqingradishproducingareasinXiqigand Wuqing，Tianjin.Theresultsshowedthatthere were17O97and18435uniquebacterialampliconsequence variants（ASVs）in Xiqing and Wuqingregions，respectively，anda total of7691 identical bacterial ASVsinthe two productionareas. upalpha$ diversity analysis showedthatthediversityandevennesofizobacteriainadishin WuqingdistrictweresignificantlyhigherthantoseinXiqingdistrict，andthesumof theabundances of Proteobacteria，BacteroidotaandAcidobacteriota was 63.63 % -64.88 % ，whichbelonged to the absolutedominantphylum.Correlationnalysisshowedthatsolubleprotein，solublesugar，vitaminC，dimethyldisulfideanddimethyl trisulfideweesigiicantlyorelatedithteivesityofzosprebactea.Inonlusio，eaedifrncsinospe bacteriain diffrent production areas，and the composition of bacterial communityafected the qualityof radish.
