Research on the construction of collaborative community of teaching innovation team of teachers in vocational colleges

AbstractStrengthening the construction of collaborative communities for teaching innovationamong Vocational college teachers isan importantrequirementforbuilding high-level innovation teams.Onthe basisofanalyzing the connotation andconstruction value of innovative team collaboration community，this article summarizes and analyzes the diffculties and shortcomings in the current construction ofteaching innovation team collaboration community for vocational collge teachers，and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions，including strengthening theattributes and functions ofcollaborationcommunity，stimulating the vitality of all parties to participate in collborationcommunityconstruction，andenhancing theeficiencyofinnovationpracticeincolaborationcommunity in order to provide reference for further strengthening collaboration community construction.
