智能化技術(shù)在污水處理系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用與效果評估

Application and Effect Evaluation of Intelligent Technology in Sewage Treatment System

Abstract: [Purposes] This paper aims to improve the efficiencyand reliability of sewage treatment systems by introducing intelligent monitoring and management technologies.[Methods] The paper first analyzes the architecture of the inteligent monitoring system for sewage treatment.The system is mainly composed of multiple key components,covering allevels from on-site monitoring,data collection to central control.Secondly,taking the inteligent transformation project ofa large sewage treatment plant as an example,the study describes in detail the key technical applications in the implementation process,including the integration of real-time data monitoring,automatic adjustment system and intelligent decision support system.[Findings] By comparing the operating data before and after the renovation,the fluctuation range of dissolved oxygen concentration decreased from 2.0\~12.0 mg/L to 3.0\~10.0 mg/L. The fluctuation range of pH value waterquality has decreased from 6.5\~8.5 to 6.8\~7.8.The electricity consumption has decreased from 100000kW? h/month to 88 Ooo kW·h/month.The equipment failure rate has been reduced from 5% to 4.25% . The equipment fault repair time was reduced from 12 hours to 7 hours.[Conclusions] The study shows that the application of inteligent monitoring and management technology has optimized the water quality control process of the sewage treatment system,reduced energy consumption,and improved the efficiency of equipment failure early warning and repair.In the future,this technology is expected to be promoted in a wider range of environmental management and industrial applications,and can further explore the potential of intelligent technologyin the fieldof environmental protection.
