“一核雙翼、多模共融”培養(yǎng)模式探索

Abstract: In view of the problems such as the lack of orderly training mode, the need to strengthen practical ability, and the need to improve innovation ability of graduate students in safety science and engineering, this paper puts forward a training system with high-level innovative talent training as the core, teacher team construction and discipline platform construction as the two wings, and focuses on how to improve the effectiveness of "training mode". It has formed a multi-mode and integrated training mode of "high moral-thick foundation -heavy practice - fine innovation" for graduate students, which has enhanced students' ideological and political consciousness, enhanced students' scientific research thinking, improved students' scientific research and innovation ability, and cultivated innovative graduate talents in safety science and engineering.
