Abstract： Under the background of digital education， how to effectively enhance the digital literacy of vocational college teachers is not only a requirement for the reform and development of digital teaching in vocational education， but also a requirement for the development of universities and teachers themselves. It is of great significance for improving the quality of digital education in China. Taking the digital literacy of vocational college teachers as the research object， this paper explains the connotation and constituent elements of digital literacy， analyzes the current situation of digital literacy of teachers， and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving digital literacy of teachers from three aspects： society， school， and teachers.

為深入貫徹落實黨的二十大精神，扎實推進國家教育數(shù)字化戰(zhàn)略行動，完善教育信息化標準體系，提升教師利用數(shù)字技術優(yōu)化、創(chuàng)新和變革教育教學活動的意識、能力和責任，2022年11月30日，教育部發(fā)布《教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)》行業(yè)標準為教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)發(fā)展提供了指導方向，為教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)提升和評價提供標準[1]。（剩余6779字）
