新工科理念下學(xué)科交叉融合陶瓷特色復(fù)合型人才培養(yǎng)體系改革

Abstract: With the guidance of the concept of new engineering, the cross fertilisation of disciplines can bring important reforms to the training system of composite talents with ceramic characteristics. Such reform focuses on the integration of knowledge and skills from a wide range of fields, including mechanisation, information technology and intelligence into ceramic engineering education through interdisciplinary integration to produce students with a broad skills background and the innovation ability. The new educational model not only focuses on the imparting of theoretical knowledge, but also attaches great importance to practical application and cross-border cooperation to address complex engineering challenges and market demands. Through the reform of the new system, the cultivation quality and practical application ability of compound talents in the field of ceramic machinery and equipment can be effectively improved, which has important reference significance for promoting industry innovation and sustainable development.
