Abstract：The introduction and implementation of the "double reduction" policy provides favorable conditions for the transformation and development of school sports. This paper analyzes the value of youth sports training industry by means of literature and logical analysis. Its value is mainly embodied in： attaching importance to students' physical and mental health， helping healthy China strategy; Emphasize people-oriented concept， standardize the sports training market; Deepen the reform of school education and highlight the value of physical education. The challenges include： the implementation of industry development system is not perfect; The homogenization of sports training projects is serious. Professional talent echelon construction is scarce. Through the research， the optimization path is put forward： building the safeguard supervision system， strengthening the four-party coordination system; Broaden the content of sports training and standardize the training service; Strengthen the personnel training system and strengthen the strength of sports development.
