規(guī)范化臨床實景護(hù)理帶教在急診科護(hù)理教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用效果研究
Study on the Application Effect of Standardized Clinical Reality Nursing Teaching in Emergency Department Nursing Teaching

Abstract:Objective:To study theeffectof standardized clinicalreality nursing teaching in emergency department nursing teaching.Methods:A total of 68 nursing students who practiced in theemergency department of from 2023to 2024were selected as theresearch objectsanddivided intothecontrol group and the observation group,with 34 cases in each group.34 nursing students in 2023 were selected as the control group with conventional teaching mode, and 34 nursing students in 2024 were selected as the observation group with standardizedclinicalreality nursing teaching.The teaching efect of the two groups wascompared.Results: The examination scores of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) . The ability of observation judgment, emergency treatment and emergency cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The application of standardized clinical reality nursing teaching in the education and teaching of emergency department is helpful to improve the assessment ability and emergency handling abilityofnursing students, which lays a solid foundation for their future clinical work in emergency department.
