Application of Intravenous Continuous Pumping of Tirofiban in Standard Stent-Assisted Intracranial Aneurysm Embolization

Abstract：Objective：To investigatetheeffect of intravenouscontinuous pumpingof tirofibancombinedwith standard stent implantation in patients with intracranialaneurysm.Methods： From January 202l to January 2024， 80 patients with intracranial aneurysm who underwent standard stent implantation in Shandong Shanxian Dongda Hospital were selected，andrandomlydivided intotwo groups with 40 patients in each group.Thecontrol group was treated with conventional antiplatelet drugs， and the observation group was treated with tirofiban based onthe control group. Immediate embolization effect，coagulation function， perioperative complications and postoperative adverse reactions were comparedbetween the two groups.Results：After treatmentthe immediateembolization effect， PLTand APTT of the observation group were higherthan those of thecontrol group，andthe incidence ofperioperative complications and postoperative adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05） ， Conclusion： Intravenous continuous pumping of Tirofiban combined with standard stent implantation has a good efectin patientswith intracranialaneurysm，which can improve the coagulation function of patients and reduce the incidence of perioperative complications and postoperative adverse reactions.
