Analysis on the Effect of Standardized Treatment of Hypertension Vertigo in Emergency with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract： Objective： To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in emergency treatment of hypertension vertigo.Methods： Sixty patients with emergency hypertension vertigo admitted to the Emergency Department of Zhouqu County People's Hospital, Gannan Prefecture, Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into the control groupandthe study group,with 30cases ineach group.The control group was treated withlosartanpotassium hydrochlorothiazide tablets, while the study group was treated with Losartan potassium hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined with Tianma Guteng drink.Blood pressure control level, TCM syndrome score and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results： Before treatment, the blood pressure index of the two groups was compared, P>0.05 ； After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05 ； After treatment with loxar, the scores of TCM syndrome such as dizziness, dizzinessnausea, vomiting,abdominal distension, asthenic heat and spontaneous sweating were lower than those of the control group (P0.05 . Conclusion： For patients with emergency hypertensive vertigo, the standardized treatment regimen of Tanpotassium hydrochlorothiazidetablets plus Gastroma Guteng Yincan helptocontrolthe blood pressure of the patients and reduce the TCM syndrome score of the patients.Besides,compared with the single Western medicine treatment, thecombined drug does not increase serious complications, so ithasahigher use safety andcan meet the needs of patients in emergency treatment, and it is recommended to popularize and implement.

高血壓為臨床中發(fā)生率較高的慢性疾病，長期處于機體高壓狀態(tài)下，會導(dǎo)致大腦內(nèi)部灌注量增加，使患者出現(xiàn)頭痛及頭暈等不適癥狀。（剩余5366字）
