Abstract:Duetothelimitationsof thetraditionalradioplatforms,suchaslackofflexibility,non-customizabilityandpoor interference resistance,aradio frequency transceiver system based on the maincontrol chip ZYNQ-70O seriesand RFchip AD9361isdesignedandvalidated.Inthissystem,azero-IF(intermediatefrequency)architecture,supportinganoperating frequency range of 7O MHz to6 GHz and a channel bandwidth range of 200kHz to 56MHz , is employed. This system is suitableforvariousaplicationscenarios.Inthedesignunit,thesectionofprogrammablelogic(PL)ontheFPGAisresponsible forgeneratingthebasebandsigalandconvertingthedataprotocolAD9361.Inthesectionofbus,AXI_Stream isutliedto facilitatebulk datastoragefromthePLsideintotheDDR(doubledatarate)ofthePS(processing system)side.Inthe verificationunit,aspectrumanalyzerwasusedtoexaminethefrequencyoftheRFoutputsignal,andtheresultsconfiredits compliancewiththeprincipleoffrequency mixing.Additionally,bymeasuringthedatatransferratefrom thePLsidetothePS side,anadaptiveDMAtransferrateadjustment mechanismwasproposed.Thismechanismdynamicalladjusts thetransferrate basedonthevolumeofthedatatransferedinasingleoperation.Theresultsindicatethatthedata transferrateisdirectly proportional tothedatatransmisionvolume,maintainingarateofapproximately312.5Mb/s,whichmeetsthesystem performance requirements.
