Measurement of the Development Level of Digital Countryside in Shanxi Province

Abstract：TakingShanxiProvinceastheresearchoject，basedonthecootationofdigitalvillgesandthegoalsofruraleviaization，acomprehensiveevaluationindexsystemwasconstructed，coveringsixdimensionsand26indicators，includingdigitaldevelopmentenviront，uraletokrastrucureigialluralpoductioiialilgegoeaneigialoratiodi talinformationservices.Theentropyweightmethodwasusedtodeterminetheindex weights.CombiningdatafromtheShanxiStatisticalYearbookfromO17toO1andrelevantfieldresearchdata，thedevelopmentlevelofdigitalvilagesinthe11prefecture-level cities withintheprovincewasmeasuredandcomprehensivelyevaluated.Theresearchshowedthatthedevelopmentlevelofdigitalvillage inShanxiProvincehadbeensteadilyrising，butthedevelopmentwassignificantlyunbalancedamongregions.CitieslikeTaiyuan，JinzhongandYuncheng wereplacedintheleadingpositionbyrelyingonpolicysupportandgeographicaladvantages.Meanhile， regionslikeLvliangandShuozhoulaggedbehindindevelopmentduetobeingconstrainedbyweakinfrastructureandresourcescacity. Fromadimesioalperspectie，igialoerationddigitaldevelopenteiontereaidlyiproveduturaltrkifr structureconstructionanddigitalagiculturalproductionstillemainedasaklinks.Basedonthis，ountermeasuresandstio wereproposedinthepaper，suchsstrengtheningorganizationalleadership，improvinguraldigitalinfrastructureconstructio，increasingfinancialinvestmentandsupport，strengtheningagiculturalsiencendtechologyequipmentsupport，uildingaalentsupportsystem，strengthningteconstructionofdigitalvillgedevelopment teas，mobilngthactiveparticipationofultipleural subjects，improvingthedigitallevelofruralgoverance，formulatingcharacteristicoptimizationconstructionplans，ndeploring characteristicdigitalmodelsofuralareas，soastoprovidateoreticalbasisandpracticaleferencefortheigqualitydevelopment ofdigital villages in Shanxi Province.
