Species diversity of wood-inhabiting-fungi in Funiu Mountains of Nanyang City and Sanmenxia City,Henan Province

Abstract:Thewood-inhabiting-fungiofFuniuMountainsinNanyang CityandSanmenxiaCityofHenanProvincewereinvestigated andcollected,and483samplesercolected.Atotalof147fungalspecieswereidentifiedusingbothmorphologicalandmolecular approaches.Amongthem,3specieswereclasifiedin2classes,3oders,fmlies,3generainAscomycotand144spiesere clasified in3classs,9orders,43families,97generainBasidiomycota.Amongthese,33 species werenewlyrecordedinHenan Province.ThedominantfamilieswerePolyporaceaeand Hymenochaetaceae,whilethedominantgenera were Trametes,Stereumand Ganoderma.Accordingtothenalysisoffloristicgeographicalcomponents,thefamily-levelofwood-inhabiting-fungiofhestudy areas wasdividedintotreetypes,includingworldcosmopolitanfamilies,orthtemperatefamiliesandtropical-subtropicalfailies. Fungal generawereclasifiedintosixdistributionpaters,incudingthecosmopolitangenus,tenorthtemperatedistrbutiogeus, thetropicalAsia-Australasiadistributiongenus,thepantropicaldistributiongenus,tetropicalsubropicaldistributiongeusnd theChina-endemicgenus.Thefloristicsimilarityofwood-inhabitingfungibetwenFuniuMountainsandadjacentmountainsand protectionzonewerecompared,andtheresultsrevealedthehighestsimilaritycoeficientbetweenFuniu MountainsandQinlingBashanMountain.Acording toresourceevaluation,9edible species,34 medicinalspecies,16dual-purpose species(ediblemedicinal),and6toxicspcies(including1toxic-medicinalspecies)wereidentified.TreatstatusassessmentfolowingRelistof China'sBiodersityMacrofungicasified85speciesasleastconcem(lc),asdatadeficent(dd),7asnotevaluated(ne), as near threatened(nt) and 2 as vulnerable(vu).
