紅色精神融入高校體育課程思政的實踐探討

[Abstract] The educational value contained inthe redspirit is closely related to the sports spirit contained in physical education teaching，andthe integrationof thetwo playsanimportantroleinpromoting thecultivationofhigh-quality talents.In order to integrate thered spirit into thecuriculumideologicaland political educationof physical education， it is necessary forcoleges and teachers to exploreefective integration strategies frommultiple dimensions.This paper expounds the important value of integrating thered spirit into the curiculum ideologicaland political educationof collge physical education，and puts forward the practicalpath of integrating thered spirit intothecurriculumideological and political education of colleges physical education， including taking student development as the guide and paying attention to the value guidance of thered spirit in the teachingof physical education ideological and political. It innovates teaching methods and cariesout "in-classandout-of-clas" practical activities; Ittakes physical exercise as abridge and gives full playto the resourceadvantages of the red spirit; Itoptimizes the assessment and evaluation system and builds a "diversified and long-term"operation mechanism，etc.，aiming to provide useful reference for promoting the deep integration of the two.
