Abstract：Inorder to solve the durabilty problemofconcretestructures inthewinterenvironment of Northwest China，the growthtrendofflyashandfiberontheservicelifeofconcretewas explored，andtwodiferentmixratioswereselected tocay outfreze-thawcycletests tostudythedurability.TheWeibull probabilitydistribution functionwasestablished，and the degradationlawwas modeled.Theleast squares method wasused tocalculatetheestimated valueof Weibullparameters.The results show that the mass loss of concrete after circulation is 4.3% for ordinary concrete （referred to as group A）and 3.63% for SY-Aflyash concrete（（referrd toasgroupB）under theratioof the two groups.Therelative dynamicelastic modulus damage was 35.4% in group A and 27.4% in group B. The strength loss was 30.6% in group A and 21.9% in group B. According tothelifespan，itispredicted thatthelimit willbereachedat345cycles ingroupAand45OcyclesingroupB.The imagemodelconstructedbasedonthe Weibullfunctioncanfectivelydescribetheprocssoflifeloss，reflectthfureointof the structure，and the Weibull function can effectively predict the service life of concrete.
