鋼筋-地聚物超高性能混凝土黏結(jié)性能研究

Abstract:To investigatethebonding propertiesof geopolymerultra-high performanceconcrete(GUHPC)with steel bars. Thebonding properties ofrebarand GUHPChavebeenstudiedthrough steelbardrawing tests.The influenceof parameters such as stel bardiameter,steelbar typeand concretecompressve strength onthe bonding performance was discussed.ABAQUS software wasusedtoestablishsolidsteelbarunits,andPythonwasusedforsecondarydevelopment tosetupConnectorunits in batches.Atthesametime,thematerialconstitutive wasconsidered,andtheexperimentalresultswerecomparedandverified. Theresultsshowthattheultimatebonding strength decreases withtheincreaseof diameter.The bonding strength of GUHPC is more afected bytheshapethan thatofordinarypolymerconcrete.GUHPC hasbeter bonding performancewith steel bars. Meanwhile,itisverifiedthatthe Connectorunit simulationmethodcansimulate thebonding performancebetweenreinforcing bars and GUHPC more accurately,and the development curve conforms to the general law.
