7075鋁合金數(shù)值模擬本構(gòu)方程準(zhǔn)確性評估
Study on constitutive equation of 7o75 aluminum alloy numerical simulation based onstrain correction

Abstract: Based on the high temperature tensile test of 7O75 aluminum alloy, the comprehensive efects of deformation temperature, strain rate, high temperature work hardening and dynamic recovery softening on the flow stress of aluminum alloy at high temperature are characterized,and the Arrhenius constitutive equation and Cowper Symonds constitutive equation based on strain correction are established. Their parameters are solved and calculated,and their ability to predict the flow stress is evaluated, The results show that the Cowper-Symonds constitutive equation not only has higher R value than the modified Arrhenius constitutive equation, but also has lower AARE value. It has better prediction ability,and the solution process is simple,which can be more easily applied to numerical simulation.
