基于Moldflow的 90° 大弧彎管注塑模具設計
Design of injection mould for 90° large arc bending pipe based on moldflow

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of uneven wall thickness and difficult demoulding of a 90° large curved pipe,a set of one mold and one cavity mold with curved core pulling mechanism of inclined guide column is designed. In order to improve the quality of plastic parts,Moldflow software was used to analyzed the filling time, flow front temperature,fuse connection,cavitation,cooling water temperature,warping deformation amount,etc.,The results show that the cooling system was reliable and relevant injection molding process parameters were obtained,that is,melt temperature of 190°C and injection time of 3s . The pressure holding time is 10s ,the clamping force is larger than 22.65t ,and the cooling water temperature is 25°C . Secondly, the mold structure is designed. It mainly includes the selection of parting surface, the design of pouring system, the design of cavity and the design of side core-puling mechanism. Because it is difficult to pull out the core of plastic parts,a curved core puling mechanism composed of inclined guide post, slide block,connecting rod, slide block seat and press plate is used to realize the side core-pulling of 90° high arc bend pipe. Through the analysis of Moldflow software,the mold structure can be optimized to improve the molding quality of plastic products.

0 引言
塑料彎管成型時有以下難點: ① 與自身性質有關的,如彎曲弧度,弧度越大,彎管內壁脫模越困難; ② 與管內附加有關的,如倒扣等,讓脫模困難; ③ 內管成型冷卻,其結構導致內外冷卻速度不一致[1-2]
關于彎管成型結構,已有一些研究,如趙利平等[3以汽車油箱連接管為研究對象,采用三種不同的抽芯方式,分別為斜導柱側抽芯機構、二次側向移動滑塊抽芯機構和一次側向滑塊加一次油缸驅動曲柄旋轉側抽芯機構,解決了出模方向多向倒扣及狹長 90° 圓弧倒扣的脫模難題。(剩余6604字)
