基于模擬退火算法的鍋爐焊接與模具冷卻過程數(shù)值模擬及優(yōu)化技術
Numerical simulation and optimization technique for boiler welding and mold cooling processes based on simulated annealing algorithm

Abstract: In this paper, the key process parameters and design scheme in the manufacturing process are optimized by constructing the numerical simulation model of boiler welding joint and mold cooling system and combining with simulated annealing (SA) algorithm. The research results show that the optimized welding process and cooling system design scheme significantly improve the mechanical properties of boiler welded joints and the cooling efficiency of molds, effectively reduce manufacturing defects,and improve product quality and production effciency. Numerical simulation and optimization technology has obvious advantages in the joint manufacturing process of boiler and mold, which provides strong support for technological innovation and industrial upgrading of manufacturing industry.
