Clinical Observation of the Effect of Sangqi Shouwu Formula on Vascular Endothelial Function inEarlyRenal Damage ofHypertension

Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatetheefectofSngqishouu Decoctiononvascularendothelialfunctioninearlystageofrenal damageinhypertension.Methods72patientswithearlyrenaldamageofhpertensionadmitedtotheDepartmentofNephologyand Rheumatism weredivided intotwogroupsaccording torandomnumbertablemethod，36cases ineach group.Thecontrolgroupwas treatedwithirbesartantabletandthetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithSangqishouuprescriptiononthebasisofIrbesartantablet. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The serum levels of endothelin -1 （ET-1）and nitric oxide （NO） in the two groups were compared，andteotalectiveatefetwogrousasulatedResultsftertreament，televelofETinthtreantgoup was lower than that in the control group （ P<0.05 ），the level of NO and the total eective rate were higher than that in the control group （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion Sangqi shouwu formula can improve vascular endothelial function in patients with early renal damage of hypertension，and the effect is outstanding.
